Hi All
I currently work for Rio Tinto as a maintainer & shift safety rep,im currently working through my cert 4 whs and after completing am doing my diploma in whs, my question is who do you recommend for doing the diploma online, who gives the best support?

First option do it full time, if you can't the second is part time at night , with the third On line - reason Safety has so many twists and turns, options and ideas and rights and wrongs that a class room involving and discussing other peoples experience and competencies gives you a much better grounding.
Not saying On line is no good but if expressing it like the hierarchy of control it takes the place of PPE.
This is the same reasoning that NSW & Victoria do not agree with the Construction Induction being done on line - my 30 years in the Industry fully supports this stand but watch the On Line Training Industry challenge this
