If you can make a difference to work health and safety for the benefit of women in South Australia, put your hand up for one of two $10,000 Augusta Zadow Scholarships on offer.

Many of the working conditions we take for granted are due to the effort of Augusta Zadow, who in 1895 became the state's first female inspector of factories. She played a crucial role in securing better conditions for employees, particularly women and children.

In recognition of her work, two scholarships are available to people who can help improve the safety of South Australian working women.
