Good Day All

I'm Jaco from South Africa and am in the process of immigrating to Australia. My wife and I are looking to settle in Queensland, Brisbane area where we have some family. Currently I'm working offshore from Angola on a jack up rig as a offshore hse advisor and have more than 10 years experience as a hse professional.

I would probably stay at my current job seeing that my current company would be ok to fly me here from Australia. Thing is that our contract's got about 3 years left and then I'll have to move on to another contract, maybe even in Australia.

This brings me to my question then. I have a NEBOSH International General Certificate and want to start on the diploma. So, are my NEBOSH IGC any good in Australia and would it be wise to start the NEBOSH diploma or should I rather do an Australian course or diploma?

Best Regards
Jaco
